The stories we tell can unite and inspire us - or divide and enrage us. In this algorithmic social media age, the latter gets the lion's share of attention.

As the famous saying goes, "a lie is halfway round the world before the truth has got its boots on". In these digital times, if you're good at controversy, hate, and mistruths, you can top the podcast charts, sell out arenas, and maybe even advise a world leader.

We all make choices about the stories we tell. I see this every day on the topic of artificial intelligence. Yes, we should worry deeply about everything from AI deepfakes to AI warfare (and I've certainly raised these alarms), but like any threat we face, there are tools to protect us if we have the right leadership and regulations in place to make bold choices about a better future.

Beyond these challenges, there are two stories I am keen to keep sharing - how AI is going to help us battle some of the biggest threats we face right now: the climate crisis and our healthcare crisis (and, eventually, disinformation and misinformation).

While solutions to these challenges don't often make their way into headlines, speeches, and feeds, I am keen to keep amplifying these stories that can unite and inspire us - and most importantly, save lives.

I feel I need to set the record straight. This is not actually David Duchovny. This is Chris Dick, my partner in business and in life of almost...well, a very long time! 😂

I made a joke on IG Stories that I was at @collisionconfhq with David Duchovny and many people wrote "Cool!" and "That's awesome."

Yes, Chris is mostly both of these things, but I'm afraid that a few of you (including people we know - ahem😆) actually thought he was the #Xfiles actor.

Now this mistaken identity is partially Chris' fault cause he is so camera shy, so now maybe this brush with fame will encourage him to move out from behind the camera and into the spotlight where he so obviously belongs! ✨✨✨

On now! Women artists have a long and rich history, one filled with struggles and celebrations along the way. Check out Making Her Mark at the AGO to discover the work of women artists in Europe between 1400-1800.

This exhibit brings together artifacts demonstrating how women contributed to the visual arts of Europe.

Thanks to my son for joining me at this exhibit. What a wonderful afternoon of learning and exploring.
